  "text": "Any person who—\n(a) busks in any street to which this Part of this Act applies without the authority of a licence; or\n(b) is concerned with the organisation or management of busking which is not authorised by a licence; or\n(c) contravenes any condition of his licence; or\n(d) in connection with his application for a licence makes a statement which he knows to be false in a material particular;\nshall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.",
