  "text": "(1) Section 36 (employment of assistants) of the Act of 1990 is amended as follows.\n(2) After “street trading licence” (where those words first appear), the words “or a temporary licence” are inserted.\n(3) For “street trading licence” where those words appear for the second time, substitute “licence”.",
