Section 55 Employment of assistants under Act of 1999

Section 26 (employment of assistants) of the Act of 1999 is amended as follows.

(2)

After “street trading licence” (where those words first appear), the words “or a temporary licence” are inserted.

(3)

For “street trading licence” where those words appear for the second time, substitute “licence”.
