  "text": "Section 26 (provision of information to authorised officers) of the London Local Authorities Act 2004 (c. i) is amended by the addition of the following subsection after subsection (3)—\n“(4) In this section “authorised officer” includes any person who is authorised in writing by a borough council to enforce any enactment which gives rise to a criminal offence.\nNo such person shall require any further authorisation under this Act for the purposes of this section.”.",
