# The London Pilotage (Amendment) Order 1987, Introduction: Introductory text

PILOTAGE
Made 1st July 1987
Laid before Parliament 10th July 1987
Coming into force 31st July 1987
The Secretary of State for Transport, on the application of the Corporation of the Trinity House of Deptford Strond (being persons interested in the pilotage of the London Pilotage District) and in exercise of powers conferred by section 9 of the Pilotage Act 1983, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
