  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order further amends the London Pilotage Order by removing the prohibition on the licensing of qualified pilots to conduct ships in areas both above and below Gravesend.\nThe Order is made in consequence of an application by Trinity House as pilotage authority for the London Pilotage District. Objections to the application made in accordance with the Pilotage Orders (Applications) Regulations 1980 (S.I. 1980/1163) have been withdrawn.",
