# The London Priority Route (Amendment) Order 1995, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 21st April 1995
Laid before Parliament 1st May 1995
Coming into force 1st June 1995
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 50(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consulting local authorities, the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, the Commissioner of Police for the City of London and London Regional Transport in accordance with section 50(3) and (4) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:—
