  "text": "ROAD TRAFFIC\nMade 20th March 1997\nLaid before Parliament 24th March 1997\nComing into force 2nd June 1997\nThe Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 50(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consulting London authorities, the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis and London Regional Transport in accordance with section 50(3) and (4) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:—",
