The following roads are designated as priority routes for the purposes of Part II of the Road Traffic Act 1991—

(a)

the roads specified in the Schedule to this Order; and

(b)

every slip road (not falling within sub-paragraph (a) above) which links a road mentioned in any paragraph of the Schedule to this Order with a road mentioned in any other paragraph of that Schedule in the vicinity of the place where the two roads join or cross.
