  "text": "Where a paragraph of the Schedule to this Order contains a description of a road followed by a reference to the inclusion of one or more particular roads (for example paragraph 2) the reference to the inclusion of the one or more particular roads shall be treated as having been inserted for the avoidance of doubt and as being without prejudice to the generality of the preceding description.",
