# The London Priority Route Order 1992, Introduction: Introductory text


ROAD TRAFFIC
Made 10th June 1992
Laid before Parliament 11th June 1992
Coming into force 2nd July 1992
The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of powers conferred by section 50(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991 and all other enabling powers, and after consulting local authorities, the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, the Commissioner of Police for the City of London and London Regional Transport in accordance with section 50(3) and (4) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:—
