A3 Kingston By-Pass from the boundary of London to its junction with St George"s Road (A302) and New Kent Road (A201) including—
(a) Elephant and Castle from its junction with Newington Butts to its junction with Elephant and Castle roundabout; and
(b) Newington Butts.
