This Order provides for the dissolution of London Regional Transport on 16th July 2003. On 15th July 2003 London Regional Transport’s remaining property, rights and liabilities were transferred to Transport for London pursuant to a transfer scheme made under section 409(2) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999.
