# The London Regional Transport (Transitional Modifications) Order 2000, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order “the transitional period” means the period which—
(a) begins with 3rd July 2000; and
(b) ends with the day on which London Regional Transport ceases to provide or secure the provision of public passenger transport services.
