# The London Thames Gateway Development Corporation (Planning Functions) (Amendment) Order 2006, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation (Planning Functions) (Amendment) Order 2006.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 7th September 2006.
