The London Traffic and Highways (Transitional Provisions) Order 1965^f1 shall have effect as though in paragraph (1) of Article 13 (which relates to parking places on highways where charges are made) there were added at the end the words “so, however, that no such variation of any order shall be treated as affecting its validity.”.
