  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the London Transport Users' Committee (Transitional Provisions) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 28th June 2000.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the Act” means the Greater London Authority Act 1999;\n“the 1984 Act” means the London Regional Transport Act 1984;\n“the LRPC” means the London Regional Passengers' Committee;\n“the LTUC” means the London Transport Users' Committee; and\n“the transfer date” means 3rd July 2000.",
