  "text": "Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 16 (Listed building provisions, etc., not to apply to works) of this Act, that paragraph shall not have effect in relation to the demolition of Nos. 1, 1B and 2 Bridge Street in the city of Westminster until a resolution approving a design for the new Parliamentary building to be constructed on the site thereof has been approved by the House of Commons.",
