  "text": "The following provisions do not apply in so far as they relate to the construction of any numbered work or the carrying out of any operation required for the purpose of, or in connection with, the construction, operation, maintenance or decommissioning of the authorised development—\n(a) Eastern Counties Railway Act 1836;\n(b) Eastern Counties Railway Act 1838;\n(c) Great Eastern Railway Act 1882;\n(d) Great Eastern Railway (General Powers) Act 1883;\n(e) Great Eastern Railway (General Powers) Act 1885;\n(f) Great Eastern Railway (General Powers) Act 1898;\n(g) Chelmsford Corporation Water Act 1923;\n(h) County of London Electric Supply Company’s Act 1927;\n(i) Essex County Council Act 1933;\n(j) Ely Ouse-Essex Water Act 1968;\n(k) Essex River and South Essex Water Act 1969;\n(l) Essex River Authority Act 1972; and\n(m) Anglian Water Authority Act 1977.",
