# The Longley Park Sixth Form College (Incorporation) Order 2002, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order establishes a further education corporation called Longley Park Sixth Form College under section 16(1) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 for the purpose of conducting the educational institution called by the same name. It appoints 6th September 2004 as the operative date for the purposes of Part 1 of that Act.
