  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order specifies the amount of the allowance payable under section 5 of the Ministerial and other Pensions and Salaries Act 1991 for the period 14th October 2010 to 31st July 2011 (£30,305) and for the year beginning 1st August 2011 and each subsequent year (£36,366).\nThe Order also revokes the Lords Office-holders Allowance Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/772).\nAn impact assessment has not been prepared for this Order as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
