  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order gives effect to a proposal made by the Local Government Boundary Commission for Scotland for a substantive change to the boundary of Electoral Division 29 of Lothian Region as described in the Lothian Region (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1993 (“the 1993 Order”).\nThe amendments made by this Order to the boundaries of Electoral Division 29 have a consequential effect on the boundary of Electoral Division 38 of Lothian Region as described in the 1993 Order.",
