  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Lotteries Regulations Act 1993 so as to remove the prohibition on the sale of tickets or chances by a person in the discharge of any official, professional or commercial function not connected with lotteries, when visiting another person at his home.",
