  "text": "BETTING, GAMING AND LOTTERIES\nMade 7th March 2002\nLaid before Parliament 11th March 2002\nComing into force 1st April 2002\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 18(1)(e), 18(1)(eee), 18(2) and 24(2) of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976, and by paragraphs 6(1)(a) of Schedule 1A and 7(1)(b) of Schedule 2 to that Act, hereby makes the following Order:",
