# The Low Moor Tramway Light Railway Order 1995, Article 8: Provision as to bridges


Sections 116, 117 and 118 of the Transport Act 1968 shall apply to the bridges over the Railway (other than Cleckheaton Road bridge (No. 48)) as if references therein to the Board were references to the Trust.
