  "text": "MERCHANT SHIPPING\nPILOTAGE\nMade 18th August 1987\nLaid before Parliament 28th August 1987\nComing into force 18th September 1987\nThe Secretary of State for Transport, on the application of the Corporation of the Trinity House of Deptford Strond (being a person interested in the pilotage of the Lowestoft Pilotage District) and in exercise of powers conferred by section 9 of, and paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the Pilotage Act 1983 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:",
