Coming into force 18th September 1987
The Secretary of State for Transport, on the application of the Corporation of the Trinity House of Deptford Strond (being a person interested in the pilotage of the Lowestoft Pilotage District) and in exercise of powers conferred by section 9 of, and paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the Pilotage Act 1983 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
