  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the establishment order of the Lowestoft Primary Care Trust (“the trust”), a Primary Care Trust established by Order under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977 by reducing from 6 to 5 the number of officer members, and providing for a reduction in number of officer members appointed by the chairman of the trust.",
