# The Lowestoft Sixth Form College (Incorporation) Order 2010, Article 2


There is established as from 23rd March 2010 a body corporate called “the Lowestoft Sixth Form College”, for the purpose of establishing and conducting as from the operative date a new educational institution of that name.
