  "text": "The provisions of the Act of the thirtieth and thirty-first Victoria, chapter forty-four, sections eighty-one, eighty-two, and eighty-three, respecting affidavits made iu causes or matters depending in the High Court of Chancery, Ireland, shall he and the same are hereby extended so as to be applicable, mutatis mutandis, to affidavits made in matters in lunacy.",
