# Lustrings Act 1697, Section XII: Limitation of Actions.


Provided always That all Informations Actions and Suits to be brought by any Informer for any Offence against this Act shall be brought and commenced within Two Years after the Offence committed Any former Act to the contrary thereof in any wise notwithstanding.
