Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Lymington Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 15th October 2002.

The Pier and Harbour Order (Lymington) Confirmation Act 1951^f1, the Lymington Harbour Revision Order 1976^f2 and this Order may be cited together as the Lymington Harbour Act and Orders 1951 to 2002.
