# The Lymington Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2002, Article 17: Repeals


On the new constitution date sections 9, 12 and 14 of the Commissioners Clauses Act 1847 shall cease to be incorporated in the Pier and Harbour Order (Lymington) Confirmation Act 1951 and the enactments mentioned in the first and second columns of Schedule 3 to this Order (which include spent enactments) shall be repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
