Article 23 Amendment of the 2002 Order

The 2002 Order is amended as follows.

In article 14, for the words “two hundred thousand pounds” there are substituted the words “thirty per cent of the gross revenue of the Commissioners in the financial year immediately preceding the date of borrowing”.

Article 15 is revoked.
