  "text": "TRANSPORT AND WORKS, ENGLAND\nOFFSHORE INSTALLATIONS, ENGLAND\nELECTRICITY, ENGLAND\nMade 29th October 2003\nComing into force 19th November 2003\nWhereas an application has been made to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (“the Secretary of State”), in accordance with the Transport and Works (Applications and Objections Procedure) (England and Wales) Rules 2000 made under sections 6, 6A, 7 and 10 of the Transport and Works Act 1992 (“the 1992 Act”), for an Order under sections 3 and 5 of the 1992 Act;\nAnd whereas the Secretary of State has taken into consideration the grounds of objections to that application;\nAnd whereas the Secretary of State has determined to make an Order giving effect to the proposals comprised in the application with modifications which in her opinion do not make any substantial change in the proposals;\nAnd whereas notice of the Secretary of State’s determination was published in the London Gazette on 29th October 2003;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 3 and 5 of, and paragraphs 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 10, 15 and 17 of Schedule 1 to, the 1992 Act and article 2 of the Transport and Works (Descriptions of Works Interfering with Navigation) Order 1992 hereby makes the following Order:",
