Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Lyon Court and Office Fees (Variation) (Devolved Functions) Order 2016 and comes into force on 1st January 2017.

In this Order “the 1867 Act” means the Lyon King of Arms Act 1867^f1.
