  "text": "(1) Schedule B of the 1867 Act is amended as follows.\n(2) For the period from the coming into force of this Order until 31st December 2017, the table set out in schedule 1 of this Order is substituted for the table in Part 2 of schedule B of the 1867 Act.\n(3) For the period from 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2018, the table set out in schedule 2 of this Order is substituted for the table in Part 2 of schedule B of the 1867 Act.\n(4) For the period from 1st January 2019, the table set out in schedule 3 of this Order is substituted for the table in Part 2 of schedule B of the 1867 Act.",
