  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises Luton Borough Council (referred to in this Order as the undertaker) to make improvements to Junction 10a of the M1, including the removal of the existing Junction 10a roundabout and provision of a continuous and widened carriageway between the M1 Junction 10 and A1081 Airport Way, and new roundabouts and slip roads giving access to London Road, and to carry out all associated works. The Order would permit the undertaker to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land temporarily for this purpose. The Order also makes provision in connection with the designation and maintenance of the new section of highway.\nA copy of the various plans, the book of reference and other documents mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 35 of this Order (certification of plans etc.) may be inspected free of charge during working hours at Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, Luton LU1 2BQ.",
