# The M1 Junction 10a (Grade Separation) Order 2013, Paragraph 12: Acquisition of Apparatus

Extent: E+W+S

Regardless of any provision in this Order or anything shown on the land plans, the undertaker must not acquire under this Order any apparatus or rights or interests of the statutory undertaker to access, maintain or otherwise assert their rights in relation to such apparatus otherwise than by agreement.
