# The M1 Junction 10a (Grade Separation) Order 2013, Paragraph 3

Extent: E+W+S

Wherever in this Schedule provision is made with respect to the approval or consent of the highway authority, that approval or consent must be given in writing and may be given subject to such reasonable terms and conditions as the highway authority may impose but must not be unreasonably withheld.
