# The M1 Junction 10a (Grade Separation) Order 2013, Paragraph 15: Site waste management plan

Extent: E+W+S

(1) No stage of the authorised development is to commence until a site waste management plan for that stage, reflecting the mitigation measures included in the environmental statement, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority.
(2) The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the approved plan mentioned in sub-paragraph (1).
