# The M1 Junction 10a (Grade Separation) Order 2013, Paragraph 3: Stages of authorised development

Extent: E+W+S

Where the authorised development is to be implemented in stages, none of the authorised development is to commence until a written scheme setting out all the stages of the authorised development has been submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority. The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the approved scheme.
