  "heading": "Scheme design changes and staging",
  "text": "(1) The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the scheme design shown on the works plans and the sections.\n(2) No stage of the authorised development is to commence until written details of the layout, scale and external appearance of any proposed gantries relating to that stage have been submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority. The proposed gantries must be constructed in accordance with the approved details.",
