This temporary access is to provide access and egress for site vehicles and plant and site workers’ personal vehicles to the construction compound and to the aspects of the construction works that are located to the north-west of the M1 Spur, to the west of London Road and to the north-east of Newlands Road.\nT2\nA temporary vehicular access to be provided from the north-western quadrant of the proposed Kidney Wood Northern Roundabout. This temporary access is to provide access and egress for site vehicles and plant and site workers’ personal vehicles to and from the construction compound and to or from the aspects of the construction works that are located to the north-west of the M1 Spur, to the west of London Road and to the north-east of Newlands Road.\nT3\nA temporary vehicular access to be provided from the north-eastern highway boundary of Newlands Road, from a point 45 metres to the north-west of the underbridge crossing of the M1 Spur. This temporary access is to be located at an existing gated access to arable farmland, and is to provide access and egress for site vehicles and plant to or from those aspects of the construction works that are located to the north-west of the M1 Spur, to the west of London Road and to the north-east of Newlands Road.\nT4\nA temporary vehicular access to be provided from a point on the south-western highway boundary of Newlands Road 30 metres to the north-west of the underbridge crossing of the M1 Spur. This temporary access is to provide access and egress for site vehicles and plant to and from those aspects of the construction works that are located to the north-west of the M1 Spur and to the south-west of Newlands Road. Upon completion of the works, this access is to be replaced with a permanent pedestrian private means of access at the same location that is to provide access to maintain highways equipment.\nCentral Bedfordshire Council\nT5\nA temporary vehicular access to be provided from a point on the south-western highway boundary of Newlands Road 25 metres to the south-east of the underbridge crossing of the M1 Spur. This temporary access is to provide access and egress for site vehicles and plant to and from those aspects of the construction works that are located to the south-east of the M1 Spur and to the south-west of Newlands Road.\nT6\nA temporary vehicular access to be provided from a point on the north-eastern highway boundary of Newlands Road 30 metres to the south-east of the underbridge crossing of the M1 Spur. This temporary access is to provide access and egress for site vehicles and plant to and from those aspects of the construction works that are located to the south-east of the M1 Spur, to the west of A1081 London Road and to the north-east of Newlands Road.\nT7\nA temporary vehicular access to be provided from a point on the north-eastern highway boundary of Newlands Road 235 metres to the north-west of its junction with the A1081 London Road (south). This temporary access is to provide access and egress for site vehicles and plant and site workers’ personal vehicles to the satellite construction compound and to and from those aspects of the construction works that are located to the south-east of the M1 Spur, to the west of A1081 London Road and to the north-east of Newlands Road.\nT8\nA temporary vehicular access to be provided from a point on the western highway boundary of the existing A1081 London Road 305 metres to the south of its junction with M1 Junction 10a Kidney Wood Roundabout. This temporary access is to provide access and egress for site vehicles and plant to and from those aspects of the construction works that are located to the south-east of the M1 Spur, to the west of A1081 London Road and to the north-east of Newlands Road.\nT9\nA temporary vehicular access to be provided from a point on the western highway boundary of the existing A1081 London Road 110 metres to the south of its junction with M1 Junction 10a Kidney Wood Roundabout. This temporary access is to provide access and egress for site vehicles and plant to and from those aspects of the construction works that are located to the south-east of the M1 Spur, to the west of A1081 London Road and to the north-east of Newlands Road.",
