# The M1 Motorway (Belle Isle) Scheme 1994, Section 2


The Secretary of State is authorised to provide a special road for the exclusive use of traffic of Classes I and II of the classes of traffic set out in Schedule 4 to the Highways Act 1980 along a route from a point on the eastern side of the M1 Motorway 160 metres north of the Middleton Lane overbridge, northwards, to a point on the eastern side of that motorway 275 metres south of Urn Farm Accommodation Bridge, all in the City of Leeds in the County of West Yorkshire, a distance of about 500 metres.
