# The M1 Motorway (Junction 1 Improvement) Connecting Road Scheme 1992, Section 2


The Secretary of State is authorised to provide a special road for the exclusive use of traffic of Classes I and II of the classes of traffic set out in Schedule 4 to the Highways Act 1980 along a route connecting the northbound carriageway of the M1 Motorway with the westbound carriageway of the A406 North Circular Road from its junction with the existing M1 Motorway/Junction 1 roundabout, as proposed to be improved, for a distance of 0.60 kilometres.
