  "text": "The lengths of the Motorway described in the Schedule to this Order and shown by striped hatching on the deposited plan shall cease to be trunk road and shall be classified as principal road as from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies Northamptonshire County Council that the new connecting roads are open for through traffic.",
