Special Roads

Coming into force 29th April 2016

The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(2) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984^f1.

Representative organisations have been consulted in accordance with section 134(2) of that Act.
