  "text": "In this Scheme:—\n(1) all measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highway.\n(2) (i) “the deposited plan”\nmeans the plan numbered RSE/0/M20/4/1/24/6 marked “The M20 Motorway (Chrismill Bridge Section) Scheme 1990”, signed by authority of he Secretary of State and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London, SW1P 3PY;\n(ii) “the motorway”\nmeans the special road provided in pursuance of the Maidstone By-Pass Special Road Scheme 1958;\n(iii) “the special road”\nmeans the special road mentioned in article 1 of this Scheme.",
