# The M25 Junction 10/A3 Wisley Interchange Development Consent Order 2022, Article 22: Compulsory acquisition of land

Extent: E+W

(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development, or to facilitate it, or is incidental to it or is required as replacement land.
(2) This article is subject to paragraph (2) of article 25 (compulsory acquisition of rights and restrictive covenants) and article 32 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development).
